1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made in the WNDA Pets Pedrak online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
All products are handmade in Norway and filled with natural materials (such as washed wool).
Small variations in color or texture may occur due to the handmade nature of our items.

3. Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders for personalized items
(such as custom fabrics or embroidered names) become binding once production has started.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in NOK and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.

5. Delivery
Production time: 2–4 business days + shipping. Shipping via Helthjem, PostNord, or Posten. We
mainly ship within Norway but can ship internationally upon request.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal
Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for non-personalized items (in accordance with Angrerettloven §22). Products that are made to order, such as items with name embroidery or custom fabric selection, cannot be returned.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. The customer covers the return shipping cost.

7. Complaints
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days. We will repair, replace, or refund according to Norwegian consumer law.

8. Liability
WNDA Pets Pedrak is not responsible for indirect damages or misuse of products.

9. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
