1. Production and delivery time
Production time is usually 2–4 business days, followed by shipping time depending on the chosen carrier. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

2. Shipping methods
We ship via Helthjem, PostNord and Posten Norway. Shipping costs are calculated
automatically at checkout or free if stated on the product page.

3. Delivery area
We primarily ship within Norway but can ship internationally upon request. Customers outside Norway are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

4. Unclaimed packages
If a package is not claimed and is returned to us, the customer will be charged for both outgoing and return shipping costs.

5. Damaged items in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier and us within 7 days. We will replace or repair the item in accordance with Norwegian Consumer Law.
