1. Right of withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with Angrerettloven §21. Notice of withdrawal must be sent by email before the deadline.

2. Exceptions
Products that are custom-made or personalized (such as embroidered names, custom fabric selection, or other made-to-order items) cannot be returned, according to Angrerettloven §22 letter e.

3. Return conditions
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Return must be shipped within 14 days after notice of withdrawal.
• Customer pays for return shipping.
• Refunds are issued after inspection and approval of the returned item.

4. Defective or damaged goods
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with Norwegian Consumer Purchase Law.
