How it's made

How our pet beds are made?

Every WNDA Pets bed is created in my studio - from the very first idea to the final stitch. It’s a slow, handcrafted process made with attention, patience, and heart - exactly the way our pets deserve.

1. Selecting the materials

It all begins with touch - literally. I personally visit fabric suppliers to choose materials that are not only beautiful but also natural and durable. I check the composition, thickness, and softness - nothing is left to chance. If the fabric doesn’t move me, it doesn’t make it into a bed.

2. Fabric matching & pattern cutting

Each WNDA bed follows a well-tested, comfortable shape - timeless and thoughtful. What makes every piece unique is the combination of fabrics. Every bed is sewn from a different set of materials - sometimes smooth, sometimes patterned, always natural. I cut each element precisely to maintain perfect proportions and a refined look.

3. Personalization with soul

If you choose personalization, I embroider your pet’s name - made to order with care. The design is first created digitally, then transferred to the fabric. I carefully select the thread color to harmonize with the overall look and highlight the aesthetic of the bed.

4. Sewing & assembly

I sew all parts together with precision and patience. Matching threads by color, reinforcing key points, and paying attention to every detail. I never rush - durability and craftsmanship always come before speed.

5. Filling – pure washed sheep wool

Each bed is hand-filled with certified, washed sheep wool. I distribute it evenly to make the bed soft yet supportive - never too firm. It’s the most time-consuming but also the most important stage, because true comfort comes from what’s inside.

6. Quality check

Every finished bed is carefully inspected - seams, form, filling. Nothing goes into a box by accident. I never reuse test beds - each one is brand new, clean, and free from any animal scents.

7. Thoughtful packaging

The finished bed is folded, secured, and wrapped in paper - completely plastic-free. Inside the package, I include an elegant printed thank-you note with care instructions and information on how to find us. I want the unboxing moment to feel just as special for you and your pet as the process of making it. Each bed is crafted as if it were made for my own animal - because every pet deserves comfort, care, and something truly beautiful.

Cotton Velour (100% Cotton)

Velour is a soft, cozy fabric with an elegant, slightly matte finish. It is breathable, durable, and exceptionally comfortable – perfect for pets who love warmth and a snuggly feel. Our velour is made from natural cotton only, with no synthetic fibers added – safe for sensitive skin and eco-friendly.

Linen Fabric (e.g. 100% Linen / 55% Linen, 45% Cotton)

Natural and breathable linen fabric with a distinct texture and exceptional durability. Perfect as a base material for pet beds – resistant to abrasion, non-pilling, and ideal for everyday use. Linen has natural antibacterial properties, is gentle on the skin, and fully biodegradable. With a small addition of cotton, the fabric becomes slightly more flexible and softer while maintaining its natural character.

Tapestry Fabric

Tapestry fabrics are among the most decorative and durable materials I use in my designs. They are characterized by a dense weave, exceptional abrasion resistance, and rich, patterned finishes that turn every pet bed into a small work of art. I choose only high-quality tapestries with strong structure that do not pill and maintain their shape over time. Thanks to their thickness and durability, they are perfect for the bottom layer of a pet bed – the area most exposed to contact with the floor and everyday wear.
